- Office visits - BDM visits the firm for a tailored walk-through with the relevant staff.
- Shared office space sessions - where multiple co-located firms (e.g. WeWork, serviced office) want a joint session. Often includes catering.
- Sector association events - BDMs present at industry conferences, association meetings and roadshows.
- CO training workshops - structured sessions for COs specifically, covering the regulatory framework and how the platform supports it.
Content typically covers:
- Platform walkthroughs.
- KYC/KYB nuance discussions - handling unusual cases, trust structures, offshore customers.
- Sector-specific Tranche 2 obligations.
- Q&A with senior easyAML staff including the founders for larger engagements.
