What happens with long entity names (e.g. a partnership with 15 partner names)?
The legal entity name is pulled from ABN lookup and appears in the AML Program and AUSTRAC submissions; a trading name can be set in Business Profile for customer-facing display.
The legal entity name is what easyAML pulls from ABN lookup and is what appears throughout the AML/CTF Program, training certificates, audit reports and AUSTRAC submissions by default - for regulatory traceability the legal name has to be used in some of those documents.
