When does invoicing actually start for new subscriptions signed before July 2026?
Subscription invoicing does not start until 1 July 2026.
This is to support the early-adopter pricing offer and to give customers the run-up period to complete Risk Assessment, AML Program approval, staff training and CO training without paying a subscription fee.
What is charged before 1 July 2026:
- KYC and KYB transactions performed before 1 July are billed at the standard per-check pricing. Most firms run a few test transactions in the run-up period; these are charged.
What isn't charged before 1 July 2026:
- Monthly subscription fees.
- The $220 / $440 monthly transaction credit doesn't accrue before 1 July either - credits begin applying when subscription billing starts.
For customers signing on the 12-month-upfront option, the upfront invoice is dated 1 July 2026 and covers the period 1 July 2026 – 30 June 2027. The agreement and pricing terms are locked in at signing, regardless of when invoicing actually begins.
