If a transaction is sent with both phone and email, will the customer get the link by both?
Yes, concurrent SMS and email delivery is supported; the customer can complete from whichever link arrives first.
Yes - concurrent SMS and email delivery is supported. When the staff member creates the transaction with both a mobile number and email address populated, the platform sends the VOI link via both channels simultaneously. The customer can complete the VOI from whichever link they receive first; the link is single-use so only one channel actually completes the flow.
This is helpful for customers who: don't recognise unexpected SMS but trust their email inbox, have moved overseas and don't get reliable Australian SMS, or simply prefer one channel over the other. Branded SMS Sender ID still applies to the SMS leg; the email comes from the firm's branded sender on Professional and Enterprise tiers.
