What if a magic link expires? Can it be resent?
Yes, login invitations can be re-sent by the Compliance Officer; users can ndrese through Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
(This is about the login invitation link sent to a staff user signing into the easyAML platform - not the KYC link sent to a customer. For client-facing KYC link questions, see Section 4.)
Yes - login invitations can be re-sent by the Compliance Officer at any time via Account Settings → Users → re-invite. Users can also self-serve by using Forgot Password from the sign-in page at app.easyaml.com:
- Enter email at app.easyaml.com.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Receive fresh login link in the email account.
- Click through and set a new password.
If both the CO and the user are seeing issues, contact support@easyaml.com - support can intervene manually to issue a fresh invitation or override an account lockout. Same-business-day response is the norm.
